Disposition: høje tynde, unge mænd og KOL-patienter
Traumatisk pneumothorax
- Cave tryk-pneumothorax (Ortopæd. kir. patient)
- Akut tilstand: Akut pleuradrren eller anlæg straks grå venflon/punktur i forreste axillrerlinie, IC4
Iatrogen Pneumothorax
Efter lungebiopsi, bronkoskopi, pleurapunktur
Indikation for drænanlæggelse
- Pneumothorax > 3 cm apikalt, eller > 1 cm lateralt
- Påvirket respiration og saturation
- Akut ved tryk-pneumothorax
- Traumatisk pneumothorax, obs hemothorax
